The Creatorological Question

Page 10

THE CREATOROLOGICAL QUESTION.

Humanity has asked questions about existence for thousands of years.

Where did everything come from?

Why does anything exist?

Did the Universe have a beginning?

Did something or someone create it?

What is Life?

What existed before humanity?

And if the Universe has a Creator—

WHOEVER CREATED THE UNIVERSE?

Creatorology begins here.

Before beginning with the name of a particular deity, religion, mythology, culture, civilization, or inherited tradition, The Study of Whoever Created the Universe begins with the question itself.

Whoever actually created the Universe—if the Universe was created—is the subject being sought.

Creatorology then asks:

Who or what could that Creator be?

What characteristics would belong to such a Creator?

What can the Universe itself tell us?

What can Life tell us?

What can history, religion, mythology, philosophy, science, language, technology, and human experience contribute to the investigation?

Which statements are beliefs?

Which are interpretations?

Which are historically documented?

Which are scientifically testable?

Which remain unknown?

Creatorology presents its own answers, terminology, spiritual beliefs, and cosmological framework throughout this volume.

But the doorway remains a question:

WHOEVER CREATED THE UNIVERSE?
